Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in test automation platforms and tools.
Familiarity with any Test Automation Frameworks like Selenium, UiPath, Sfops etc. for API and Functional testing.
Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript, or similar languages.
Problem Solving: Proven track record of having a material impact on engineering velocity and product quality through automation-first testing approaches.
Communication: Strong documentation skills and the ability to train and mentor other engineers on testing best practices.
