font-size: 9pt;"> :</span><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 60); font-size: 9pt;">Assurer le support informatique de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs et traiter les incidents techniques liés aux postes de travail, aux applications et aux services Microsoft 365 ;</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 60); font-size: 9pt;">Accompagner et assister les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils informatiques ;</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 60); font-size: 9pt;">Participer à l'exploitation quotidienne du parc et de l'infrastructure informatique et contribuer à leur maintien en conditions opérationnelles ;</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 60); font-size: 9pt;">Intervenir ponctuellement sur les environnements systèmes et réseaux dans le cadre d'opérations d'administration, de maintenance ou d'évolution ;</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 60);
